    We would be happy to send you a pricing list by e-mail. To request a price list, please include as much information about your wedding or event as possible. We would require the following information if you would like a quote. -- Event Date: -- Location/Venue Name -- Number of approximate guest -- Number of approximate guest tables -- Color scheme or theme --List of Décor required; Head tables, cake tables, backdrops, centerpieces, linens, runners ,ect. -- Approximate Budget Note: Ceiling heights of more than 14 feet require a scissor-lift or scaffolding and will incur a height surcharge for the use of additional equipment. Also prices may very due to logistics. When using balloons, pricing will very when using helium.

    Deposits and Payments
    A Deposit of $100 is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable. Once you have decided on what décor and services are needed for your event, a contract will be sent to you. All events are required to be paid in full within 30 days of the event date. All prices include setup and tear down of décor. There is an additional setup fee of $75.00 if the total amount comes to less than $300.00 There is an additional fee for time sensitive set up requirements to cover the cost of additional staff. Please note: Mileage will be required for any event that is considered Out of Town, which will begin after 20 miles away from our home base in Newton, Ks. After the 20 miles, Mileage of .50 cents per mile will be added to the contract.

    Renatal Items and Damaged or Lost Items
    Rental Items: Currently we do have a small percentage of rental items that can be rented out for different events. Rental agreements do not include an event decorator. To request a list of rental items, please e-mail us at specialarrangementsbyglo@ gmail.com Please include the date of your event, location and number of items that may be needed for your event. All rental items require 50% deposit of the rental amount. Rental orders must be paid in full at least 10 days prior to pick up or delivery. (Same mileage requirements apply) We Do Not reserve items until the 50% rental deposit has been received and we have a signed contract. Rental Cancellations Policy: Cancelled fee of 25% of total rental reservation will be withheld from your initial rental deposit, if reservation is cancelled 2 weeks prior to pick-up or delivery date. We are happy to make adjustments to your rental reservations, if items are in stock. The original cost that we rent the items for, will be due when the requests is made. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS Any items received after your event tear down, that have been damaged or lost will be your responsibility. The value of each item will be assessed and billed to you. We are a local based company and take pride in providing our customers great service. The need to have damaged rented items replaced is to ensure that our future customers receive quality in what they order.
